The best approach to achieve long term weight control is to maintain a healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise.

Most people who want to loose weight, are aware of the changes they need to make to achieve their goal, but experience real difficulty in making those changes “stick“ or in adopting changes to their established routines and behaviours.

This is because the root cause of the problem, the reason for overeating, is not always taken into account. We often eat to relieve boredom, through habit, or without even thinking about it.Healthy meal

Our programme for weight control begins with two or three sessions in the first month to get you started and then ongoing support at intervals you see fit. We will teach you the skills to help you control your eating, to enjoy healthier foods and help find the time and motivation to exercise.
